The main accommodation comprises 10 separate studio style en-suite study bedrooms with high ceilings and plenty of natural light. Each study bedroom includes private facilities, flat screen TV, high speed internet and bespoke furniture package including double bed, study space and shelving.
Communal space comprises a large kitchen with two ovens, two hobs and multiple white goods, plus a large socialising area with flat screen TV, high speed internet and seating for 10.
A separate communal laundry room and separate communal bathroom/walk in wet room is also provided, plus direct residents access to the canal foot path.
Ideal for larger groups of up to 10 students
This shared housing is ideally suited for larger groups of up to 10 student sharers. Smaller groups willing to commit to a minimum number of bedrooms will also be considered.
Walking distance to UAL and RVC
Although available to all students at all universities, this accommodation is within walking distance of Kings Cross Square and ideally suited for large groups students at the University of Arts (UAL) and Royal Vetinary College (RVC).

All bills, high speed internet and Sky TV are included for one fixed monthly rental fee.
